We use proactive approach for all our work. We don’t wait for the job order but rather our work of sourcing the quality talent is an ongoing process through multiple avenues. First, our recruitment team actively recruits for emerging and established technologies such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AWS and many others, to build a strong bench of available resources. Second, over the years our recruitment and technology teams have built a huge internal database of great candidates using our OWN technology specific job portals. If the talent you are looking for is not available on our bench and our internal database, we immediately put our top industry-specific and technology-specific recruiters to work to find you the best possible candidates using commercially available job portals and social media recruitment tools. As our immigration team is well versed and experienced with USA work visa environment, it gives us the option to tap into international talent pool to source best available resources in the world.
How will I know the candidates hired through Flexon Technologies are going to be able to get the job done?
All our submittals go through a 3-tier rigorous pre-screening process. For technology positions, first we screen resources for their technical skills against the requirements through our in-house tech screening experts. Second, if required, we also use third party services such as Coderpad to test coding skills of the resources. Third, we will make sure to meet the resource in person or on video call before the submission. After the profile submission, we’ll continue to work with candidates every step of the way. We have high standards; every submission you see will be the result of many hours of dedicated work.

Yes! We have been regularly conducting our own training/retraining programs for next-generation technologies such as Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Salesforce, and AWS. Do you process work Visas?
